A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a
booking and final payment must be made 45 days before arrival.
On receipt of final payment we will
supply you with a keycode to allow you to enter the apartment on arrival.
A Damage Deposit Waiver of $250CA is taken with the
final payment, this is refundable after you have left
the property subject to
no damage or additional cleaning required. We will refund by INTERAC, Paypal
or Cheque.
For bookings less than 3 days there is an additional cleaning fee
of $95 CA, which is a total apartment clean and linen change.
For 7 and 10 day rentals one cleaning fee is included
done at the end of the rental.
For 14 days, 2 cleaning charges are included one after 7 days and one
at the end of the rental.
Additional cleaning
can be requested in advance at a fee of $95 CA per
clean.
The hot tub is checked and cleaned twice a week and is included in
the fees.
We are sorry but
we are unable to take pets.
The apartment is
strictly NO SMOKING.
The Condo Strata Association operates
a quiet time policy between 11:00pm and 8:00am. This is
strictly enforced
for everyones benefit and
infringement of this or excessive noise outside these hours may result in
eviction.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
If you
wish to pay directly in UK Sterling the cost will be calculated at
the
current exchange rate at
the time of the deposit and the final payment.
This may or may not be to your
benefit.
Payment
and deposits can be paid by INTERAC (email banking for Canadian bank account
holders),
Paypal in Sterling or CAD $'s- please request
details (allowing you to pay by credit/debit
card),
or UK Bank Cheques sent to us
directly.
Note: When booking
we require that you privide proof of your age, this is to ensure that you are
of a reasonable age
and are likely to look after our
condo. You can email us a scanned copy or digital photo of one of the
following
passport, birth certificate, or driving
licence, clearly showing your date of birth.
We
apologise that we have to do so but we hope you understand the reasons
for this.
Refund policy:- We will refund
your deposit up to 45 days before your arrival, once the final balance is paid
it is
non-refundable. However if we are able
to take another booking to cover your original booking then we will
refund the
total, or the element that we were able to
rent out.
We advise all our
guests to take adequate travel insurance that covers cancellations and all
losses.
If you want to ski Fernie we would
advise booking well ahead to get the weeks you want and to get the best airfares,
Fernie alpine resort gets booked up for certain times quite early.
We welcome enquiries and are pleased
to give you guidance and advice about your Fernie ski holidays. We personally
love Fernie but will give you an honest opinion and will tell you if it is not
what you are looking for. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you will
